In a studio class led by Professor Helene Day-Fraser and Ayako Takagi in collaboration with UBC's Bioproducts Institute, a group of us designed a concept of biodegradable, seed-planting NERF bullets. After working closely with the BPI scientists at UBC for the semester, our design was one of two from our studio class selected to participate in their BPI Connect Event, which was an incredible opportunity to observe innovative sustainable practices and research.
